Normal Application
For applicants meeting the standard educational requirements.
- Five Ordinary Level Passes including English and Mathematics.
- Two (2) Advanced Level Passes OR equivalent.
- Certified copies of educational qualifications, proof of identity, and birth certificate.
Mature Entry Application
For experienced applicants aged 27 and above.
- Be at least 27 years of age.
- Relevant work experience in the real estate industry.
- Certified copies of proof of identity, birth certificate, and reference letters.
